Return & Exchange

All returns or exchanges must be received within 7 days of your order please email us first to go ahead and start your return/exchange

kindly return to the manufacturer's address mentioned on the package.

​All items must be returned in their original condition with your full name & order number

Please note we cannot take liability for lost post if your order is not sent back tracked & signed- postage costs are not covered by us for returns.

We are Eco friendly here at TVISINA, so all your order details will be emailed to you

All postage costs not covered in the original purchase will be deducted from the refund

All swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear to maintain its hygiene.

Swimwear must be returned with protective lining in place and show no signs of wear. For sanitary reasons, please try on swimwear over your underwear.

We recommend you use a trackable and insured shipping method for returns made by mail as TVISINA cannot accept responsibility for items not received or damaged in transit.

Late or missing refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      To return your product, kindly return to the manufacturer's address, or you may email support@tvisina.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
